Your clients' information never leaves your firm
- We never see client data. No client files, matter details, names or documents. We look at the process, not the content.
- You pick what we measure. We work from counts and timings: calls per week, hours on status updates, days to a first draft. Your staff can give them to us, or pull them from your own systems with client details hidden.
- Confidentiality in writing, first. We sign your NDA or confidentiality agreement, or provide ours, before any work starts.
- You keep everything. The findings are yours. We keep no copies of anything from inside your firm once the plan is delivered.
Where the model came from
